There are two types of people in this world: the intellectual and the unintellectual. Both start out in a glass jar. The Intellectual thrives for knowledge for himself and others. He figures out a way to climb out of the jar and tells his friends. The Unintellectual, or dunce, as I like to call him, does not care for himself, or others. He lives his life in a jar, watching his world pass by. Who are you?
This world really does need more intellectual people. It gets me sad everytime I realize how... unenlightened, some people could be. And how I could have never realized it before.
- Another school shooting - This time, a suicide. The school admins are claiming it to be an accident, but there was a note found and the contents are not disclosed yet. Doesn't scream "accident" to me. Someone's just taking cutting to the extreme. Its sad the state of things are.
- Scamz0red! - A 13 year old girl using Myspace... can you finish the sentence? Was stalked then molested? Was the victim of an online predator? Was actually at 35-year old man? Who knows M. Foley? NO! The correct answer is "totally scamz0red a couple of dumbasses from Kansas." This girl created a Myspace and posed as a Sony music executive looking for new acts, and a band in Kansas was tricked enough to fly out to Los Angeles, go into the suburbs, only to be offered free pizza and drinks. And the true bit of magic in this that the only punishment the girl recieved is being grounded. And she couldn't talk on the phone for the report. Can anyone say irony?
- The iPhone, this time its real - No, seriously. An "analyst" who remains "mum" on his sources, is calling for two iPhones due out in early fiscal '07, one with wifi, and one without. Yeah. Right. And then the purple fairy ladies will bring hail in the shape of sheep to us.
